Jumpstart to Biology 2023

New St. Joe Freshmen in the Class of 2027 will will have fun with the scientific method. They will connect biology and the study of life through scientific processes. Students will think like scientists through their participation in daily labs. For example, they will test the ability of different rock samples to maintain a constant pH that allows water fleas to live. will have the opportunity to investigate their incoming biology curriculum through a set of interactive and engaging experiments. They will be introduced to the SJA science classrooms, experimental equipment and prep for the biology content they will soon see in the coming semester! Each day will hold a new experimental discovery, along with a new technique and/or tool.
